ACH payments to enhance customer transactions

We incorporated a new process into our ERP system to enhance payment efficiency and offer a variety of payment options.

While numerous Credit Card payment options are available, our long-standing customers who opt for bank account transfers must still use the conventional and cumbersome method.

No more!

We included a link to the direct payment form in our invoice.

In this form, our customer can opt to pay via ACH. They enter their bank details and - voila! The payment is transferred to our bank account.

We instantly create a deposit transaction to update the customer balance.

Behind the scenes, there is an additional process with the bank. Even though we have created a deposit transaction, we still need to confirm that the payment has been fully approved by the bank.

This entire process is automated.

It's worth noting that a customer who pays by ACH avoids the credit card surcharge.
