Occasionally, even with an EDI system in place, you may deal with a significant customer who doesn't utilize EDI.

This was the situation with Bloomingdale, which operates using Cymbio.

Therefore, we incorporated Cymbio into our NetSuite system to streamline the workflow with Bloomingdale and to adjust it with our other retailer customers.

Cymbio is a dropship and marketplace automation platform designed to solve exactly these problems. It acts as a central hub, connecting your brand's systems (ERP, e-commerce platform, WMS) to multiple retailers' systems, automating the flow of information and processes.

Cymbio streamlines the integration and daily processes between your brand and major retailers by serving as a central hub. By linking your systems (such as Shopify, NetSuite, etc.) to Cymbio once, Cymbio manages the specific needs of each retailer.

Here's how it helps for each key process:

1. Retailer Onboarding & Integration:

   • Problem: Each retailer has complex, different connection needs (EDI, API, portals).

   • Cymbio's Help: You connect to Cymbio once. Cymbio uses its pre-built integrations and expertise to quickly connect you to any retailer, handling all the technical setup (like EDI).

2. Product Information Management (PIM):

   • Problem: Retailers demand product data in specific formats and with unique attributes.

   • Cymbio's Help: Cymbio takes your product data and automatically formats, maps, and enriches it to meet each retailer's specific requirements.

3. Inventory Synchronization:

   • Problem: Keeping inventory levels accurate across all retailers in real-time to avoid overselling.

4. Order Management:
